Built: Our engineers custom design each system based on customer needs. Then each part is carefully inspected, assembled, and inspected again to ensure top performance.
Burned: All indicator lights are tested and reception is tested by cycling through the channel lineup. Systems are powered for up to 72 hours to bring all components up to the proper operating temperature and audio/video clarity and stability are tested.
Balanced: Modulators are dropped 3dB from max to allow them to run longer and cooler and audio levels are set at 15dB below video. All channels are recalibrated to prevent different channels from displaying inconsistent brightness or volume.
When the headend meets our exacting standards, the technician completes a certificate of calibration to indicate that it’s in good working order. Our headends are shipped in custom made boxes to ensure safe transport.
